Looks like the movie Cliente has struck a nerve in France. This is a movie about an independent working women who pays male prostitutes for "servicing". The notion of women paying for sex, as men have done since the beginning of time, is apparently ground breaking.Women are supposed to be emotionally tied to the men that they bed with, right?
Well, this movie represents the ethos of a growing group of women that are successful, single and busy. Relationships take time and energy that they don't have.

This is a brief history of "what women want" over the decades. As I read about each decade, it s amazing to me at how hard women have tried to find their place in humankind. We are a fightin' breed and determined to add value in some way.
Our grandmothers used manipulative behaviors such as , "a way to a man's heart is through his stomach", and the "angel in the dining room- devil in the bedroom." My Southern grandmother literally taught me these things (she was a bit of a kitty -cat:)
It's all about being comfortable with where you are. Now, as women, if you aren't comfortable, we have options.
Remind yourself of this constantly, and take pride in being part of a fighting breed!

I think that is is perfectly fine to pay for sex. I know that sounds gross, but it is a natural need just as eating. Especially if you do not have a partner.
